Terms and Conditions for Digets XS Tokens

Thank you for your interest in Digets XS tokens. Before you proceed, please take a moment to review these essential terms and conditions. By acquiring, holding, or using Digets XS tokens, you agree to these terms.
1. Token Nature and Use
1.1. Entertainment Purpose: The Digets XS tokens are meme tokens created for entertainment and promotional purposes. They are designed to add a fun and engaging element to our community interactions. They are not securities, investments, or any form of financial instrument.
1.2. Market Capitalization Targets: These tokens will be considered for inclusion in the Digets ecosystem if certain market capitalization targets are achieved. This inclusion is dependent on reaching these predefined targets (as promoted) and should not be assumed as guaranteed and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, or business or market conditions. Inclusion of the Digets XS token into the Digets Ecosystem is solely at the discretion of the Digets Ecosystem management team.
1.3. Promotional Use: You understand that these tokens are initially distributed as part of a promotional campaign for the Digets Ecosystem and may not hold intrinsic value outside of its entertainment, promotional and community significance.
1.4. Acknowledgment of Terms: By participating in our token giveaways, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, understanding the nature and intent behind the distribution of Digets XS tokens.
2. Acquisition and Risk Acknowledgment
2.1 Digets XS tokens can be acquired on various decentralized exchanges (DEXs). We do not operate these platforms and have no control over their operations.
2.2 Digets XS tokens are initially for entertainment and promotional use. However, if the tokens reach certain market capitalization targets, they may be considered for inclusion in the Digets Ecosystem as utility tokens. This inclusion is not guaranteed and is subject to the discretion of the Digets Ecosystem management team and applicable laws and regulations at the time.
2.3 You acknowledge that the trading of tokens involves significant risk, including potential loss of principal, and you assume all responsibility associated with the acquisition and use of Digets XS tokens.
2.4 You accept all responsibility for the acquisition, safe storage, and management of the tokens. This includes maintaining the security of the wallets and private keys where tokens are stored.
2.5 When contributing to liquidity pools, carefully read and understand the associated risks and terms as provided by liquidity pool operators. Your participation in these pools indicates your acceptance of these risks.
3. Token Management and Community Engagement
3.1 Within the Digets Ecosystem, the Digets XS team initially sets the parameters for how the tokens are utilized. However, once the tokens are listed on a DEX, the Digets XS team cannot change the token contract or influence the DEX listings in any way.
3.2 Post-listing, the Digets XS community has the freedom to trade the tokens and decide how to employ or use them as part of the Digets Ecosystem, as permitted. The team has no further role in managing or governing the tokens. Changes to the use and governance of tokens within the Digets Ecosystem will be made in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or business or market conditions.
4. Decentralized Exchange Operations Disclaimer
4.1 The Digets XS team does not operate or control any decentralized exchanges where Digets XS tokens are traded. Responsibilities are confined to the issuance and initial facilitation of these tokens. We do not oversee, manage, or maintain any trading platforms, and thus, are not responsible for their operation, security, or functionality.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 The Digets Ecosystem, including but not limited to its systems, methods, and processes, is protected by copyright, trademark, and patents pending. These intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to us.
5.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or storage of any content from the Digets Ecosystem without the express written permission from us is strictly prohibited.
5.3 You agree to respect our intellectual property rights and will refrain from any actions that could harm, infringe, or dispute our ownership or licensed rights in the Digets Ecosystem.
6. No Liability
6.1 You agree that the team behind Digets XS is not liable for any losses or damages that may arise from your use of the tokens, including but not limited to losses associated with speculative trading or changes in the value of Digets XS tokens.
7. Compliance with Laws
7.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your acquisition, holding, and use of Digets XS tokens comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to those concerning financial services, money laundering, and sanctions.
8. Amendments
8.1 We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in the law, our practices, or the features of the Digets Ecosystem. Your continued use of the tokens after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
